Brooke Griffin
Brooke Griffin, PharmD, BCACP is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Vice Chair of Clinical Services at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, Downers Grove. She is a Professional Coach in Life & Work and is passionate about inspiring positive change through supportive and curious listening. Brooke speaks nationally on various professional development topics, including the importance of coaching and mentoring, time management, and work/life integration. She serves as a mentor and coach at Midwestern and for numerous pharmacy organizations. Her “coach approach” is a blend of coaching and mentoring through a thought-provoking and creative process.

Brooke started blogging for Pharmacist Moms in 2018 and one of her most read blogs was “Find Your Skinny Black Microphone: Advocacy for Pharmacy and Moms.” In 2019 she launched her own website and blog, 21st Century PharmD, which offers personal and professional development for pharmacists and students. In 2022 she launched Bold Idea Group with a mission to inspire bold ideas from within. She is on this self-development journey alongside all of you and believes “every pharmacist deserves a coach.”

I live 10 miles to Chicago and 0.2 miles to the nearest ice cream shop. My family and dog are awesome amazing double thumbs up explosion and we have a secret code word that cheers us all up. I dislike coconut but love piña coladas on vacation.
